There is so much attention being given to the great divides at the moment. The divide between man and woman the divide between cultures. That attention is fueling the division of humanity and bringing us back to the deeper issues within ourselves. The truth of it all is not about man or woman or black or white. It is really an issue of the strong and the meek. There are many men who suffer the same rejection and humiliation that woman do. There are many white people who are beaten abused and mistreated just as many black people are. Bullying exists, violence exists, the persecution of the meek has always been the issue and will continue to be so until society does it job correctly and protects the meek.
We view life as survival of the fittest and cheer the hero, whilst we jeer at those who get it wrong and bungle their challenges. We shovel out contempt and ridicule at any who do not act the way we perceive as the right way. When instead if we protect our meek, our young souls, the world would be a lot less violent and lot more supportive.
Take the time to think it through, before you place a label on it and observe the world around you. Life is for all of us not just the fittest, life is for the many, not just the few. Take the time to remember that all life is sacred. Whether it be human, animal, black, white or male, female or both. We all exist, you can not avoid us or ignore us, for at some stage in life you too will be meek.
Walk with Love in your heart and Peace in your mind!
Our first steps into the new energy have been rather wobbly but I just want to reassure you that it is all part of the souls journey into mind consciousness. As we have learned much from the physical journey and have embraced the love in our hearts, we must now learn to find the peace within our mind. Learn about how the mind works and learn to direct our thinking instead of allowing our thinking to drag us around. We must learn to do all this while also learning to master the new energies of respect and tolerance.
As this is a challenging time for us all I would like to remind you also that your guides must teach you in what ever way you choose. If you choose to learn through peace or love they will teach in that way. However should you choose to focus on fear or chaos that too can be yours to work with. Therefore it is important to embrace your heart and align it with your mind. Remind yourself that we will rise to the occasion and that mankind can and will embrace the 21st century and unite to bring peace, respect and tolerance into balance within our world.
There are three thing you can do to embrace this concept right now.
- Set a code of honor for yourself, a set of rules about how you will handle the issues that arise from disrespect and intolerance.
- Learn to focus on what you require or wish the world to become for yourself and those that are important to you. Now is the time to unite.
- Decide to redirect the fear and send love or peace to it. When you see trouble coming ask spirit to change it, to protect us from ourselves and assist all of us to move forward peacefully. Ask for backup. give thanks for our amazing world and affirm, “I send you love, I send you peace and I thank you for being”. (Try this in a shopping centre, look at people and affirm this in your mind).
For the old souls this is judgment day. Learn to be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for all the experiences you have shared along the way. In this life time and the many others you have experienced. Should you feel you need it seek healing and forgiveness. Ask for it from your angels and guides and from your friends and family. Allow love to heal your heart and peace to settle your mind, it is almost time to go home.
For the older souls that are now arriving to build the new world, embrace your own unique mental abilities and learn as much as you can from them. You are not broken or crazy. You will hear each other think and you can learn to communicate on much deeper levels that we ever have before. Share respect with each other both physically and mentally. Remind yourself you can focus on what ever you like you are co-creating a new world. Be aware though it will be easier to think it into being, so try to keep your mind focused on co-creating a world worth returning to.
One final note, remember we are all connected and we are all in this together, there is only one way forward and that is respectfully and tolerantly, anything else will slow us down. So far we have allowed ourselves to become divided and we are falling behind in our studies, yet as time heals all, we will refocus soon enough and move forward again in more respectful ways. If we all try to direct our thinking towards that goal once a day it will happen faster. Perhaps now is a great time to give thanks for a peaceful life and our beautiful planet, every day.
Chaos reigns on the planet right now and as we all sit here wondering what on earth just happened we have discovered one of the truths of this world. Chaos must be a part of the greater plan. The earth has its own physics and that physics guides and co-creates for us all. The natural cycles of life are occurring as we speak and it is essential to understand those cycles to really gain the right perspective on life and the universe. Chaos rights the balance. Chaos bring change and chaos takes the old and replaces it with the new opening the door to the future and releasing the old energy bringing wisdom to those who seek it.
Look at chaos as the moment after you reach the perfect experience. When you get things just right, someone comes along and changes it, knocks it over or it simply fulfills its purpose. For example once you bake the perfect cake, it is then eaten and all that is left is the crumbs and the glory. So it is with chaos once we reach the point of no more chaos steps in to bring down all that was. It is essential to understand that this is not about intention or value. It is about cycles natural cycles that are a part of the physical makeup of this planet.
Chaos reminds us that Peace is a choice and that we must listen to the love in our hearts as much as the wisdom in our minds. Take the time to ponder this as you make your choices about who you are and the world you live in. You are a co-creator studying peace and the chaos that regions when we are thrust into mind consciousness. Take your heart with you and you will remember that Love is the only path to true happiness and World Peace.
Observe the chaos, choose Peace!
The Spirit of Xmas is upon us and as we embrace that crazy time of the year it is important to remember what it is really all about. Xmas has always been a time of bringing together your family and your friends for one big thank you celebration. It is a great time to touch base with those who we deem important in our lives but it also a time in which we count our blessings and notice how well off or not that we are compared to others. These are the thoughts and feelings that follow us through the crazy season and bring us to the deeper connection that Xmas brings for our families and ourselves. This Xmas will be no different yet I have noticed that the focus for many is on the stress and lack that it can bring instead of the family and community they are a part of. Remember where you place your attention is where the energy goes look at this time of the year as an opportunity to give the most important gifts of all your smile, your love and your gratitude.
Giving bring joy to our hearts and reminds others that they are appreciated and loved. Whether you give a gift, your time or food makes no difference, just give freely and let joy be yours. Give what you have to give you do not need to break the bank to give at Xmas, however the more you give the better you will feel and the more you will be acknowledged by those whom you have given to, which is why we all overdo it a little. 🙂
The gift of Xmas is the gift of giving, not the gift given! Remind yourself of that and go enjoy the silly season for what it really is a time to share your gifts with others!
So amazing watching the world shift, change, and people transition from the old energies of compassion and judgement to the new energies of respect and tolerance. I went to a large event today and saw a speaker whom I have admired for a long time. It was interesting to see the first words coming out being both derogatory and defying rather than the expected. As this speaker seemed on a mission, to prove to the audience that he was not the fantasy nice guy, he portrays in the shows he has appeared in. As I was thinking I did not come to hear this, I came to glimpse into the world that you live and world within. It was amusing to hear the next sentence from an audience member, “I have been a fan of yours all my life and really admire your work”.
He stood there stunned and I wondered if like me others were thinking he deserved that. As he continued to speak, he was actually nice when he was not trying to escape that part of himself. I pondered the position he was placing himself in, why be there if you are not a fan of the fantasy you portray? Why do we persist to give of ourselves when we have nothing left to give and how do we claim back our inner truth when we run from our fears? Most importantly, why are we afraid to be nice?
It seems there is a deeper self that hides from the world and whenever it just shines out we want to just stomp it right back down there into the darkest spot we hide it. Respecting the self and the souls journey seems to be what is required when times are crazy. Taking the time to recognise that you have come here for a reason and that all it takes to enjoy the journey is to be yourself. The real self you hide away, when you try to please others or rebel against the world.
When we relax and share our experiences without judging the journey we seem to be a nice guy, even if we think we are not. Perhaps its time to recognise, that we are not our mistakes, our fears or our expectations. We are but a soul journeying through the perceptions of the self and its impact on its own environment.
As I pondered the position, he was placing himself in I could clearly see that respect was his challenge. It seems those of us that need to gain tolerance will have quite a challenge on our hands. Just as those who are seeking to understand, respect will struggle with its truth. This also left me pondering where the line is drawn, when it comes to respect and tolerance, in my own life. More work to be done, it seems.
So nice to know the younger generations are born with one of these gifts and are embracing them right now, bringing balance back to our world.
Are you all over the place mentally at the moment, entertaining random thoughts and tuning into the empathy of others a little too much? Welcome to the 21st Century. Now that the shift from physical consciousness to mind consciousness is done our minds have opened up like a can of worms. Our thoughts are wriggling all over the place and we are all now much more aware and alert mentally. As we relax to sleep we can hear the thoughts of others, this is how it is now, and will effect everyone in one way or another. The key is to shut it down at the end of the day, and learn to pay mind to it through the day. Utilise the tools of distraction and direction to take control of your thinking and bring peace of mind. When we hear someones argument when we are not within earshot it can be a little confusing. We can think it is spirit but we know its not. We can think it is us abusing ourselves, but again we know it not, so we get confused, afraid or just think we are going mad. Mind consciousness reminds us that we are not alone in the universe. It opens our thinking to the Otherworlds and reminds us we are souls not just human beings. Those that suffer from mental health issues are students of mind consciousness. This will be the disease of the 21st Century as we study the mind and how its connects into our spiritual knowing.
Some simple steps to bring a little peace are:
Redirect your thinking away from any thoughts that you do not wish to think. The more focus on other thoughts the quicker your mind will get the message to tune into something else.
Practice being mindful of what you are doing in the present moment, this will allow the mind to bring in thoughts that are relative to the current moment. Making you more aware and intuitive to the situation.
Make a routine at the end of the day that distracts and calms the mind.
Should these techniques fail to bring you peace look at the theme of your thoughts and do some soul searching to bring healing. You may find your mind is working hard to bring resolution to those things you are trying to avoid thinking about.
The mind is capable of many wondrous things explore intuition, imagination and creativity to develop the powers of your mind. One final note on the journey into mind consciousness if you are mentally screaming at yourself or others right now please whisper instead, we can hear you.
