There is so much attention being given to the great divides at the moment. The divide between man and woman the divide between cultures. That attention is fueling the division of humanity and bringing us back to the deeper issues within ourselves. The truth of it all is not about man or woman or black or white. It is really an issue of the strong and the meek. There are many men who suffer the same rejection and humiliation that woman do. There are many white people who are beaten abused and mistreated just as many black people are. Bullying exists, violence exists, the persecution of the meek has always been the issue and will continue to be so until society does it job correctly and protects the meek.
We view life as survival of the fittest and cheer the hero, whilst we jeer at those who get it wrong and bungle their challenges. We shovel out contempt and ridicule at any who do not act the way we perceive as the right way. When instead if we protect our meek, our young souls, the world would be a lot less violent and lot more supportive.
Take the time to think it through, before you place a label on it and observe the world around you. Life is for all of us not just the fittest, life is for the many, not just the few. Take the time to remember that all life is sacred. Whether it be human, animal, black, white or male, female or both. We all exist, you can not avoid us or ignore us, for at some stage in life you too will be meek.
Walk with Love in your heart and Peace in your mind!
Chaos reigns on the planet right now and as we all sit here wondering what on earth just happened we have discovered one of the truths of this world. Chaos must be a part of the greater plan. The earth has its own physics and that physics guides and co-creates for us all. The natural cycles of life are occurring as we speak and it is essential to understand those cycles to really gain the right perspective on life and the universe. Chaos rights the balance. Chaos bring change and chaos takes the old and replaces it with the new opening the door to the future and releasing the old energy bringing wisdom to those who seek it.
Look at chaos as the moment after you reach the perfect experience. When you get things just right, someone comes along and changes it, knocks it over or it simply fulfills its purpose. For example once you bake the perfect cake, it is then eaten and all that is left is the crumbs and the glory. So it is with chaos once we reach the point of no more chaos steps in to bring down all that was. It is essential to understand that this is not about intention or value. It is about cycles natural cycles that are a part of the physical makeup of this planet.
Chaos reminds us that Peace is a choice and that we must listen to the love in our hearts as much as the wisdom in our minds. Take the time to ponder this as you make your choices about who you are and the world you live in. You are a co-creator studying peace and the chaos that regions when we are thrust into mind consciousness. Take your heart with you and you will remember that Love is the only path to true happiness and World Peace.
Observe the chaos, choose Peace!
Sacrifice is not a way of life and not even a necessity it is an old world concept that divides and keeps us seperate from ourselves. When the world tells you that you need a hero the message is really a silent divisive reminder that you are powerless and someone else is in control. Which is a lie! The power of your choices is immense and that simple choice defines your next step on the path overtime. Decide you need a hero and you live in a world that is full of victims.
Sacrifice is an ancient tradition that has stopped humanity from embracing the diversity and exquisiteness of life. Take the time to remind yourself now that the new world you want to co-create and participate in is now forming. Take a breath and make your choices wisely. Change can only arrive when we take the time to plant its seeds. Times of chaos are the times to plant those seeds. Embrace your personal life and set your plans in place. The world will continue to change grow and evolve around you the key is to find your way through it and not stay seperate from yourself or others within it. Remind yourself now if something has to be sacrificed then it is not worth the pain it will bring. Focus on the love and sharing peaceful ways to co-create the future and your small role will be fulfilled and the future will take care of itself as it always does.
Choice is the only way to bring positive change, every choice you make sets a standard. Think about that!
I was just reading an article in the Star Observer whilst having coffee at one of my favourite coffee spots (Slightly Twisted) that highlighted the progress being made in Victoria. Talking about safe schools and funding to support the local community has triggered my memory of an earlier time when the same things were promised to the aboriginal community, Yet in truth all that they have received is segregation and division. I do hope that the LGBTI keep that in mind as they move forward. Schools need to be safe and inclusive for everyone for us to experience true equality. Not special schools for special folks that just seperates them from the majority to suit political agendas. Now is a time to remember that our choices are creating a new world that will ultimately lead to either more of the same or true change. Who we are should never need explaining or avoiding it should be known so that we can all be aware and secure. We are all in the same world and we all deserve the same respect support and recognition. Just saying!
Are you all over the place mentally at the moment, entertaining random thoughts and tuning into the empathy of others a little too much? Welcome to the 21st Century. Now that the shift from physical consciousness to mind consciousness is done our minds have opened up like a can of worms. Our thoughts are wriggling all over the place and we are all now much more aware and alert mentally. As we relax to sleep we can hear the thoughts of others, this is how it is now, and will effect everyone in one way or another. The key is to shut it down at the end of the day, and learn to pay mind to it through the day. Utilise the tools of distraction and direction to take control of your thinking and bring peace of mind. When we hear someones argument when we are not within earshot it can be a little confusing. We can think it is spirit but we know its not. We can think it is us abusing ourselves, but again we know it not, so we get confused, afraid or just think we are going mad. Mind consciousness reminds us that we are not alone in the universe. It opens our thinking to the Otherworlds and reminds us we are souls not just human beings. Those that suffer from mental health issues are students of mind consciousness. This will be the disease of the 21st Century as we study the mind and how its connects into our spiritual knowing.
Some simple steps to bring a little peace are:
Redirect your thinking away from any thoughts that you do not wish to think. The more focus on other thoughts the quicker your mind will get the message to tune into something else.
Practice being mindful of what you are doing in the present moment, this will allow the mind to bring in thoughts that are relative to the current moment. Making you more aware and intuitive to the situation.
Make a routine at the end of the day that distracts and calms the mind.
Should these techniques fail to bring you peace look at the theme of your thoughts and do some soul searching to bring healing. You may find your mind is working hard to bring resolution to those things you are trying to avoid thinking about.
The mind is capable of many wondrous things explore intuition, imagination and creativity to develop the powers of your mind. One final note on the journey into mind consciousness if you are mentally screaming at yourself or others right now please whisper instead, we can hear you.
No time for complacency – No time at all…
As we observe the voices of humanity rise and call for changes it is time for us all to ponder how that change will fit into our vision of the world and our future goals. Looking at the current polices our governments have and the mindset of our religious communities and business communities, it seems it may be time to step up and demand a little swifter action or prepare for their future world.
As I pondered this recently in my meditation, I was truly saddened at the thought of a world with nuclear power stations and religious war ravaging our planet and her children. Taking into context the state of Fukushima and the contamination that has already occurred in our oceans from testing and disasters it seems that the ostriches run the world and the rest of us are preparing to mutate.
Therefore, what can we do when our voices are ignored?, get a little louder and fight to the death? I wonder if that is what they want us to do, a little culling and all. Well perhaps it needs to be more personal than that. Perhaps it is time to dig a little deeper and pull together without those communities that seem to drive us into separate corners.
Perhaps its time to get together with your family and friends once a week, share your resources and create some new customs like love thy neighbour day and equality sit-ins discussing ways to create fairer opportunities and systems for our children’s safety. Share your skills and treat your family and friends to your wonderful talents whether they are cooking, building or art. Do what they cannot and get them to do what you cannot. Not only will you save money and resources but your will foster good will and unity in a world that is facing division and despair.
Spread that support out to your local community centres, do the same share your services, and ask them to do the same. Practise equality, unity and spread the joy. Take note when you hear someone sprouting the old world divide and conquer mentalities, gently question their thinking. Most of us never get further than the first concept of a situation and good lively discussion without blame will usually prompt us to review our thinking. If not, do not despair, their issue not yours, remind yourself of that and let them be, at least you know where they stand. The time will come when they will need to review it again anyway, time gets us all in the end.
Start planning for those big challenges that are sure to arise in the future, including coal smog and water pollution which will be challenges for us in Australia and nuclear pollution which will be a problem for us all globally soon enough. Teach your children Tolerance and remind them that disability is purely a soul exploring physical form in another way, it may be more common in the future. Teach them how to purify their water, distil it or any other fandangle idea you may have to make the water drinkable and accessible. Already there are many amazing designs that are utilizing water recycling into the home design and storing resources underground. Put your heads together and design how you would like it to be. A well-planned family network can be global or local and have just as much to share and give. You can save a bundle on accommodation when you are travelling. 😉
Finally if you are a part of the system that is so in trouble right now, wether you be banker, oil barren, religious leader or politician, please know that it not you that is the issue it is the old systems that are failing us all. Be brave make changes and demand respect and tolerance from all concerned. Also, try to think and act a little faster if you please, as we are all nervous about the next big thing looming on the horizon of life.
I just saw a post on Facebook about another young Australian who has taken his own life rather than choose to live with his own imperfection. This has left me pondering the massive challenge that is ahead for humanity. Learning to embrace the new energies of Mind Consciousness, Respect and Tolerance. Tolerance is a very difficult energy to master and many souls that have decided to stay after the transition are struggling to release the old Judgment energy and are deeming their lives “not worth living”. It is so important for us to remind each other right now that our imperfections are not our problem our media and they way we are presented information about what is important what is not is our ‘Real Problem’!
We must recognize the souls choice to be here. Respecting the souls journey and our own humanity is essential to embrace the 21st Century and bring true peace to ourselves and our world. Learning to be tolerant is difficult when we are busy judging ourselves and our lives. Tolerance is an energy that most souls have not fully embraced on this planet for a very long time. Take a breath and remind yourself your soul is in control of the journey and ask your spiritual team, or god or goddess, family member in spirit, whomever you feel is there, for back up. Ask them to clear away the emotional dross and ask them to help you relax and enjoy your day. If you do not ask they cannot interfere, all they can do is surround you and wait. For those who do suffer from depression or emotional distress, try to remember you are not alone, one third of the planet lives this way. Embrace your humanity and take a moment to ponder what you really would like to feel whilst your have the power to feel so deeply. Should you too be feeling you have had enough and your live is not worth having take a moment to think about the poor sod that finds your body and what impact your departure will have on those you leave behind and then finally ponder the next step in your journey.
The next step spiritually for this young man is to visit each person his passing had impacted and help them to come to terms with his choice. Then he must go into a healing cycle of his own, then finally he will be reborn into exactly the same life again to give it another go.
Perhaps suicide is not really a choice perhaps it is a denial of the self to live the life given. Perhaps a life given for a reason, do your time and take the time to stop relax and be, instead of judging the journey, yourself or others and remember that you are not alone. We are all here, we all feel and we are all struggling with the biggest challenge of mind consciousness, directing the mind instead of letting it drag us around. Take the time to recognize that perception is a choice, a choice on how we see and a choice on how we feel and most importantly a choice of what we do with it.
