It is very important to understand when you are working spiritually that the mind is now the main space we are working within. Our heart is firmly set and full of love and we now need to get the mind focused and learn to use the powers that it has.

Therefore we need to understand how our mind works to understand the messages we receive. Take the time to sit and ponder your mind. Listen to noise that is running through it right now. Are there images symbols or voices?

Speak for a few minutes in your mind. Say a chant or make up a story. Observe where your voice is coming from what part of the brain is you.

Then ask your guides to talk to you the voices of your guides will be soft and down low either side of the nape of the neck. Your guides will never tell you what to do they will just make suggestions. When you get a suggestion it is good to take a moment to ponder it.

The other voices will be people. People just like you thinking loudly and even aggressively at times. Those people can be human or beings from other telepathic races. You can chat with them if you want but be discerning if you don’t like what they are saying command them to go away and ask your guardians to protect you from them.

The mind talks to us in pictures and it is important to understand that particularly when we are afraid. Your mind can show what your fear is and usually gives it a picture that comes from our own understanding or interests. For example once when I had to deal with a time of great stress and pain I asked my guides to help me understand my pain and help me heal. I was confused as to why my own ways of dealing with things was not working. As I awoke the next morning I saw a Banshee in my kitchen. The Banshee is a symbol of grief and repressed anger and reminded me that my feelings were not being acknowledged in a particular area of my life. The grief I was dealing but the anger was something I had been avoiding dealing with all my life. The Banshee is a creature that I have always associated with rage and torment.

Another time I was complaining to my guides that I was bored and felt no joy and asked them to help me. I had a dream as I was waking up of two men bursting into a musical rendition of a message for me and I woke laughing and singing. The mind is our portal to the deeper recesses of our consciousness and it is time for us to explore it not fear it.

Guide your thoughts, direct your thoughts, acknowledge your thoughts– do not follow your thoughts they are simply a way of processing the information you are currently receiving.

Follow your heart – Direct your thoughts!

The Suffering Self

1534232517_95cc26ac45When there is no path to walk – no direction – no support and we find ourselves in limbo, know that your soul is demanding that you resolve or release something before you can move forward. We need to accept it is a part of life not a part of us. We are not our bad choices or even our fears. We are souls journeying in a world with so many different energies that we forget to be selective in our choices and we forget our own separateness embracing only our emotions and the judgement of ourselves and others.

Challenges are not happening because they are meant to, they are happening because we chose them. By judging ourselves or listening to the assumptions and judgments of others we wander off our own path and forget where we are up to. Then the energy rolls in to stop us and isolate us until we remove those judgments and emotional fears so that we can once again walk our own path and live life our own way.

Are you really broken, lost, defeated, or stupid, or is that just someone’s opinion, assumption or fear.  – The Suffering Self, is the self not listening to its self!

Listen to your pain listen to your feelings honor them acknowledge them and then they will go away as simply as they arrived. You do not need to act on them, or use them as weapons just acknowledge them as a part of the journey and walk on.

To acknowledge something we need to say it out loud and listen to how it feels and sounds. When we truly listen we have a knowing that kicks in and we remember we are a soul having a human experience. Crying is the bodies’ way of processing emotion, not anger resentment or hatred; these are just the symptoms of the lack of acknowledgement of the things that cause pain.

Honor yourself, honor your journey, Say Ouch!

Author’s note:

“Are you really broken, lost, defeated, or stupid, or is that just someone’s opinion, assumption or fear.” (I think that is the most comma’s I have ever put in one sentence!)

oh and to all you cry babies out there, congratulations’ you are the healthiest people on the planet because when you are not crying you are the ones with the biggest smiles and the biggest hearts!

Love the Peace Posts

In the next millennium we have the opportunity to live life in respectful and tolerant ways. The things that occur on our planet in the final three months of this year will determine how quickly we embrace that opportunity. Now it is time to send the Earth and humanity all the love we need to enter the next Millennium in respectful and tolerant ways. Over the last few decades a man has toured the world promoting peace and constructing peace poles. Other have also constructed peace poles and there are hundreds of them around the world. This would be a great time to send those beacons of peace love energy to help them in their task. Meditate on them and fill them with love. Other teachers, healers and lightworkers have created grids and portals send them love also. Meditate on bathing the earth and her peoples with love for the next four months and the new Millennium will herald in a thousand years of Peace and humanity will continue to progress peacefully!

As we enter into an exploration of mind consciousness it is now important to take the time to center yourself mentally and well as physically. Centering our thoughts is a must and respecting your mental processes is just as important as respecting others ideas and space.  Just being is the answer to many things and.

Being allows our energy to balance, our mind to stop and our body to relax.

Take the time to stop once a day and just be. Sit relax view your surroundings or meditate on being you. You will find a silence within that you have long forgotten if you allow yourself to be!
